Moroccan Tea

A fragrant and comforting blend inspired by traditional Moroccan flavors. Fresh mint brings brightness, green tea adds a smooth base, and warming spices like star anise, cinnamon, and cardamom create depth and gentle sweetness. Finished with lime and honey, this tea is both refreshing and soothing — perfect for slow moments and meaningful conversations.

Ingredients:

• 1200 ml of water

• 2 sprigs of fresh mint

• 4 teaspoons of green tea (Precious Eyebrow)

• 2 whole star anise

• 2 cinnamon sticks

• 3 cardamom pods

• 2 lime slices

• 1 tbsp of honey

Begin by placing 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 whole star anise, 3 cardamom pods, 2 lime slices (gently pressed to release their juice), and a few fresh mint leaves into the bottom of a serving teapot. As the spices settle, their aroma will start to unfold.

In a separate teapot, prepare the green tea. Add a few mint leaves and 4 teaspoons of Precious Eyebrow green tea (GY Tea), then pour over water heated to 80–85°C. Allow it to steep gently for 3–4 minutes, letting the flavors develop without bitterness.

Strain the freshly brewed tea into the serving teapot over the spices and mint. Stir gently, then add 1 tbsp of honey, allowing it to melt into the warm infusion.
