Delivery Outside Winnipeg

Deliveries outside of Winnipeg are available upon request. Please contact us in advance to discuss delivery arrangements and we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days for Winnipeg addresses.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product in an unsatisfactory condition (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect item, or incomplete order), we're here to help.

How to File a Return Request

To file a return or exchange request, please send an email to info@gytea.ca within 7 days of receiving your product.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the product or packaging, if applicable
  • Your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or replacement)

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Return Processing

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with return instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
