This tea offers a smooth, full-bodied cup with gentle fruity notes, soft sweetness, and a rich, comforting character. Less floral than spring harvests, autumn flush Darjeeling is known for its mellow depth and balanced finish, making it an excellent everyday black tea. Brewing Recommendations: - Use 1 tsb per 80z (200 ml) of water. - Steep at 212F/100°C for 2-5 minutes. Pairing Suggestions: buttery pastries, apple desserts, dark chocolate, biscotti, mild cheeses, roasted nuts, and breakfast or brunch dishes.
